Afternoon Relax (Guided)歌词完整版
Welcome I'm Sara Clark. Find a comfortable seat and when you're ready close your eyes. Bring your awareness to your nostrils and simply feel the breath entering and leaving the nostrils. Wherever you are in your day this meditation is to support you finding ease in your physical body. So as you’re breathing here, imagine you are relaxing your scalp. Invite your scalp to relax. Now bring your awareness to your forehead and invite your forehead to relax, even the eyebrows. Let everything relax. As you continue to breathe deeply bring your awareness down to your jaw and invite your jaw to relax. Relax the tongue maybe even allowing the top and bottom row of your teeth to part. Relax the back of the throat. And then bring that awareness down into your shoulders. Let the shoulders fall heavily. Deep breaths. Bring your awareness now down into the chest. Invite the muscles of the chest to relax. Relax your belly now. Let the whole stomach relax, no need to hold. Send your awareness to your low back; imagine your low back relaxing. Now imagine your mid-back relaxing. Gliding your awareness further up begin to relax your upper back, the backs of the shoulders and the shoulder blades. As the backs of the shoulders are relaxing let your arms fall a little heavier into your lap. Relax your hands. And while keeping the spine nice and tall and the breath flowing notice how feel as you have invited your body to pause and relax. Invite your breaths to grow a little deeper, keeping the belly relaxed so lungs can fill with ease. And as you’re allowing the breath to flow, when you're ready you can slowly open your eyes.
