As you explore this world, imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, golden light that radiates from within you. This light represents your inner calm and peace, and as it grows stronger, you feel more and more relaxed and at ease.

Try focus on your breath once again. Take a deep breath in and hold it for a moment, feeling the tension in your body, and slowly exhale, allowing your body to sink deeper into the softness and comfort of your bed.
