Good morning. Another day has begun. Let's start you off in high vibrational spirits. It's so easy to get stuck in a pattern of waking up, grabbing your phone and diving right into the events of the external world. But today let's do things differently; let's first have you focus on your internal world so that you can navigate the external with ease and grace. We’ll focus on how you want to feel today. You get to choose your mood before anyone else does. Find a comfortable seat, maybe stretch a little if you need to and when you're ready close your eyes. Bring your awareness to your nostrils and just feel the breath entering and leaving the nostrils. Relax the belly, lengthen through the spine and soften through the backs of your eyes. And just simply feel your body taking deep, slow breaths. I invite you to gently turn the edges of the mouth up ever so slightly into a smile. It's a subtle smile that no one could see but that you and your body can feel. So already greeting the day with grace. The question is: if you can choose any way you want to feel today what energy do you want to call in. Trust the first thing that comes to you. How do you want to feel today in your body regardless of the external world? How do you want to feel internally? And see if you can feel that feeling in your body as if it's already yours. Deep breaths just welcoming this energy into every cell of your being so you are aligned with how you want to feel. And then if you'd like you can create a gentle affirmation, so you can start it off by saying to yourself, “I am” and then filling in the blank with how you want to feel. And say this to yourself three times connecting it to your inhale and your exhale. Take another really deep breath when you're ready, releasing the affirmation knowing that it's already there within you. Exhale let it go. So when you're ready allow your eyes to open knowing that you have already called in this energy that will support your day. And if at anytime you find yourself feeling thrown off, come back to your internal world and remember this affirmation, silently saying it to yourself.
