Snoozy Rainforest (Kids Meditation)歌词完整版
Hi There!
And Welcome to this sleep meditation brought to you by Sleepy Beanzzz.
Together we are going to help relax your body and mind to the soothing sounds from the rainforest.
Make sure you’re lying down or sitting in a position that's cosy and comfortable for you.
When you’re ready, close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
As you breathe out, imagine yourself being transported into a great big rainforest.
All the plants are a deep green colour from the rich lush environment. Can you picture what that might look like?
It is the wet season here so we need to find some shelter under the canopy before it rains!
A large banana leaf will protect us. We can nestle here amongst the soft spongey floor, which will keep us dry and warm.
Can you hear the rain slowly begin to fall around us?
Let’s pause here under the banana leaf for a moment and to take in the soothing sounds of the rainforest that surround you.
The rain is ever so relaxing, it makes your body feel heavier and heavier as we slowly sink deeper into the spongy rainforest floor.
As you look above you can see a cluster of little bananas growing from the tree above your head. Not yet ripe, they are a vibrant green.
The animals are all nestled up in their homes sheltering from the rain, it is ever so peaceful and still.
You can hear the distant insects buzz, chirp and squeak over the soothing rain song.
Did you hear them?
You feel ever so sleepy in this moment.
Cocooned in the cosy rainforest under the banana tree.
It's time to drift off into a deep peaceful sleep,
Focus on the pattern of soothing rain droplets falling on the leaves above your head.
Pitter pattering as they bounce from one leaf to another.
Before gently ending up on the canopy floor.
Take a deep Breath in and hold here for a moment.
Now breathe out releasing any tension in your body that you don’t want to carry with you as you fall into a deep sleep.
You’re in a safe space and protected by all of the leaves that shelter you.
We’re going to now drift off to the sound of the rain.
