Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for a deep and restful sleep.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with air. Hold the breath for a moment and slowly exhale through your mouth. As you exhale, let go of any tension or stress you may be carrying with you.

Now bring your awareness to your body. Starting at the top of your head, scan down to the tips of your toes. Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
