Hello and welcome to this guided meditation, to help you relieve your stress through the power of the breath.

Please locate a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without any distractions. Make sure you are in a position that is comfortable for you. Please close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this a few times, feeling the tension in your body start to melt away. Let any thoughts that arise ,come and go, like the ebb and flow of an ocean.

Allow your body to relax, Allow your thoughts to drift by. Dont hold onto any thoughts, let them pass you by. Let go and relax.

Now, focus on your breath. Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose, and feel the air fill up your lungs. Hold the breath for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. As you exhale, let go of any tension or stress you may be feeling. Repeat this for a few breaths, focusing only on your breath and nothing else.

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, imagine a wave of relaxation washing over your body, starting at the top of your head and moving down to your toes. Each time you exhale, imagine the tension leaving your body and being replaced by a sense of peace and calm.

As you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in a sense of calm and relaxation. Imagine this calm spreading throughout your body, soothing and relaxing every muscle and every organ. As you exhale, imagine that you are letting go of all your stress and worries.

Inhale into the nose

Exhale out of the mouth.

Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, focusing on your breath and the sensations in your body. Allow your mind to become still, free of thoughts and distractions. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to your breath.

Feel the tension and stress melting away from your body, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and at peace. Stay in this state of relaxation for a few more minutes, focusing on your breath and enjoying the feeling of calm and serenity.

Breathe in to the bottom of your stomach...

Slowly Breathe out all the way...

Let your breath move through you like a gentle wave. It will soothe you and help you relax. Think about how clouds move slowly in the sky. They have no resistance and float gently from one place to another. The soft blue sky is like a canvas for the clouds to flow over. Your breathe will carry you through the soft blue sky.

When you are ready to end the meditation, take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly. Take a moment to stretch your body, and then slowly open your eyes. Use this sense of peace and relaxation with you as you go about your day or prepare for sleep. Remember that you can return to this state of relaxation and calm any time you need it, simply by focusing on your breath. Focus on the breath.
