Whether you're listening to this at your desk, in your car, or at home, take a moment to find a comfortable position. Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment, and let go of any thoughts or worries from the day.

Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Allow your breath to become slow and steady, and feel your body start to relax.

Bring your awareness to your body. Start at the top of your head, and scan down through your body, noticing any areas of tension or tightness. As you become aware of these areas, imagine them starting to relax and release.
