Hello and Welcome to this guided meditation for a sense of calm.

Find a comfortable seated position and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to fully arrive in the present moment.

As you close your eyes, allow your attention to turn inward. Notice any tension or discomfort in your body, and consciously release it with each exhale.

Breath out...

Imagine a soothing white light entering through the crown of your head, moving down through your body and filling you with a sense of peace and calm. This light is a representation of pure love and positivity.

Now, bring to mind a place that brings you feelings of tranquility and peace. It could be a beach, a mountain top, or a beautiful garden. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this place in your mind, taking in all of the sights, sounds, and sensations.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine that this peaceful energy from this place is flowing into your body, filling you with a sense of calm and balance.

Notice the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body, and let go of any thoughts or distractions. Just focus on your breath, and the present moment.

Breath out...

Allow yourself to simply be in this peaceful state, without any distractions or thoughts. If any thoughts do arise, gently acknowledge them and let them pass, returning your focus to your breath and the peaceful energy flowing through your body.

As you come to the end of this meditation, take a few more deep breaths, feeling the sense of calm and tranquility within you. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, bringing this sense of peace with you into the rest of your day.

Remember, you can return to this feeling of calm and tranquility anytime you need it, simply by closing your eyes and bringing to mind the peaceful place and energy within you.
