Breathwork Meditation for Self-Love歌词完整版
Hello! I’m Robert Bahedry; Welcome to Breathe with Robert and this guided breathwork meditation for ”Unconditional Self-love”.
Self-love is the most important kind of love because our capacity to love others is limited only by our capacity to love ourselves. This principle also applies to acceptance, compassion, and forgiveness. Today, we'll journey together through each of your body’s seven main energy centers – AKA as Chakras in yoga philosophy - releasing repressed, stuck, and stagnant energy, old patterns of behavior, and old programming and in the process, creating space for new, more empowering beliefs that are in alignment with the way you really want to live.
If you so choose, this breathwork meditation practice will help you implement – and commit to - a daily self-care routine, and by making yourself your #1 priority, you’re able to show up in life as the best version of you for YOU – first and foremost - and for those who really matter most in your life.
The breathwork technique that we’ll be doing together is done lying down. However, we will begin with a seated centering meditation. Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes. Connect to your natural breath in and out through your nose. Find stillness and just breathe.
First, a very important reminder: Please DO NOT PRACTICE this breathing technique if you are pregnant, suffer from seizures, epilepsy, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or panic disorders. If you are NOT 100% sure, please always check with your doctor first.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
The dynamic, active, 3-part breathwork technique we’ll be using in this meditation is a yoga pranayama practice and a centuries-old ancient technology from India. It is a spiritual practice that activates your body's innate ability to heal itself by releasing your own healing hormones into the bloodstream. This not only raises your physical vibration but also calms your busy, overthinking mind, placing you in an altered state of consciousness allowing you to do the necessary healing work by connecting to your heart center.
Upon starting this breathwork technique, your body will begin to gently tingle, raising your physical vibration. And over the course of the 21-minute active, work phase, your whole body will be buzzing and vibrating resulting in a powerful somatic – that is a physical and often emotional - healing experience. So, as you breathe, if you feel emotions start to surface, give yourself permission to feel them. As the saying goes … “you must FEEL it to heal it.”
A LITTLE SCIENCE:
Where do all these emotions come from? Most of us around the age of 5 – usually in kindergarten – become experts at stuffing and burying very powerful and often overwhelming emotion like anger, rage, fear, guilt, shame, grief and more. When we do not allow ourselves to feel these e-motions – that is, energies in motion – they must go somewhere and that ‘somewhere’ is our physical body. We store that energy at the cellular level. Breathwork is a self-healing modality that activates your body’s natural ability to heal itself and is a pathway to feeling and releasing that stuck energy from your body, returning it to its natural state of well-being … back to being in balance and in alignment.
BREATHWORK DEMONSTRATION:
Let's take a moment to do a demonstration of this three-part breathing technique. Although you'll be doing the meditation lying down, please remain seated for the demonstration. The three-part breathing technique is done open mouth and comprises 2 inhales followed by an exhale. So, let's practice that right now.
Place one hand on your belly (that’s where your first inhale will go), and your second hand on your chest (that’s where your second inhale will go), followed by a natural exhale. Relax your jaw. Relax your throat.
Do this with me please … Inhale into the belly … Inhale into the chest … Exhale. And that is the three-part breath that you will be doing that for 21 minutes.
So, let's practice a few rounds together so you get a good feel for the technique. So, one hand on the belly, one hand on the chest. Relax your jaw, follow along with me.
Inhale, belly, inhale, chest, exhale. Keep going. Inhale, inhale. Exhale. Lower belly, upper chest. Exhale. Inhale, inhale, exhale one last time, lower belly, upper chest, exhale and rest.
Release the three-part breath. Just take a moment here to notice. The Lightheadedness you might be feeling. That's all the oxygen reaching the brain and it is all this oxygen that releases the healing chemicals into the body raising your physical vibration, sending you on your healing journey today. Your body WILL tingle because of this breathing technique today, so expect that and know that this is part of the breathwork experience.
We'll do this breathing technique for 21 minutes. That is the work phase. Simply remain open to what may come through you during that time. There may be some emotional releases. They may be some physical responses. Sometimes they will be cramping in the hands. Don't be alarmed by that. If the cramping gets too uncomfortable, take a break from the breath. That's the beautiful thing about doing this work. You are in total control and if something doesn't feel right, simply take a break from the breathing. Just know one very important thing … you are working with divine energy … as uncomfortable this work may be today, no harm can come to you. And you're in total control.
So, if you're ready, we can begin.
Find a comfortable place to lay down. Cover yourself with a blanket. Cover your eyes if you'd like to do that. And relax.… Ground your energy and be here, now, in this present moment … Find stillness and connect with your natural breath in and out of your nose … Relax your jaw, relax your shoulders, and your hips … And just breathe.
Inhaling through your nose. Open your mouth. Exhale. Let's do that again. Deep inhale in through your nose. Open your mouth once again. Exhale. Keeping your mouth open, your jaw relaxed, begin the breathwork …

- Affirmation: "I am grounded, safe, and secure."
As you focus on your root chakra, imagine a warm red light glowing at the base of your spine. Feel its energy grounding you to the Earth, providing a stable foundation. Repeat silently or aloud: "I prioritize my self-care and know that I am worthy of feeling safe and secure in my body and my life."

- Affirmation: "I am creative, passionate, and in tune with my emotions."
Visualize a bright orange light just below your navel. Let this light fill you with warmth and creativity. Say to yourself: "I am my own muse. I celebrate my passions and honor my emotions as essential parts of who I am."
Solar Plexus Chakra
- Affirmation: "I am confident, powerful, and in control."
Picture a radiant yellow light in your solar plexus, empowering and energizing you. Feel the strength within this chakra as you declare: "I love my own skin and stand confidently in my power. I am proud of who I am and all I can achieve."
Heart Chakra:
- Affirmation: "I am open to giving and receiving love."
Envision a beautiful green light at the center of your chest, expanding with each breath. This light connects you to unconditional love. Repeat: "I praise my own existence and embrace the love that flows within me. I create my own paradise with the love I cultivate for myself."
Throat Chakra:
- Affirmation: "I speak my truth with clarity and confidence."
See a clear blue light at your throat, brightening with each breath. This light represents your authentic voice. Affirm: "I speak my own truth and honor my voice. I enjoy my own company and confidently express who I am."
Third Eye Chakra:
- Affirmation: "I trust my intuition and inner wisdom."
Imagine a deep indigo light at your third eye, illuminating your inner vision. Feel the clarity and insight this light brings. Say: "I validate my own journey and trust in my inner wisdom. I see the beauty within me and in my path."
Crown Chakra:
- Affirmation: "I am connected to the divine and my higher self."
Visualize a brilliant violet or white light at the top of your head, connecting you to the universe and your higher self. Feel this light filling you with peace and transcendence. Affirm: "I extend my own energy with love and admiration. I admire my own reflection and honor the divine light within me."
RELAXATION/RECEIVING ‘PHASE’ - SAVASANA
And that's it. That is the end of the work phase. So please let go of the three-part breath.
I invite you now to take a deep inhale open mouth. And exhale, sigh it out. Let's do that again. Deep inhale, open mouth. Keeping your mouth open, sigh it out. And that's it. For the next 6-7 minutes, there's nothing left for you to do except relax your body and return to a natural breathing pattern in and out through your nose. Relax physically and simply surrender to what is, remaining open and receptive to what is meant for you.
Take a few moments to bask in the glow of all your chakras, feeling aligned, empowered, and full of unconditional self-love. Breathe deeply, allowing these affirmations to sink into your subconscious mind, reprogramming you for greater love, worthiness, and joy. Your final resting pose, Shavasana.
FINISHING UP!
Take a slow deep inhale and through your nose … Open your mouth, sigh it out. Very slowly, very gently, start bringing your awareness back to your physical body, back to this present moment … You have been on quite a journey so take your time as you return to this realm. Start by wiggling your fingers and your toes, pointing and flexing your feet. Making circles with your wrists and ankles. And slowly start moving your body, waking it up like you do every morning with a full body stretch now. And as you exhale, bring your knees into your chest. Give yourself a squeeze and a hug. Rock gently side to side to massage and stretch your lower back and when you are ready, very slowly roll over to one side. And raise your body back up to a comfortable seat. And give yourself this moment of stillness as you breathe. Notice how you are feeling after all the work you just did. And give yourself a massive pat on the back. Thank yourself for showing up today. And for doing the inner work.
Well done … That’s it for your meditation practice today … Enjoy the benefits of your work and thank yourself for showing up. Grab a drink of water, stretch, and yourself and your day going feeling grateful for today’s practice and the benefits it brings into your life. I look forward to practicing with you again soon. Have an amazing day. Namaste.
