Hello and thanks for listening to this guided meditation for an easy relaxing sleep
Find a comfortable position in your bed, either lying down on your back or in any other position that feels comfortable
Take a moment to adjust your arms and legs and find a comfortable spot
Allow your body to relax, and close your eyes
As you close your eyes, visualize yourself lying on a soft blanket, in a wide open field under a clear sky filled with stars
Take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly
Repeat this a few times, taking deep breaths in and exhaling slowly, allowing your body to relax and your mind to calm
Take a gentle breathe in...
Release your breath out...
As you continue to breathe deeply, focus on the stars above you
Look up at the sky and notice how bright and beautiful the stars are
Imagine yourself floating among the stars, weightless and free
The stars twinkle above you, and their light shines down on you, filling you with a sense of peace and calm
As you continue to breathe deeply, feel the tension in your body begin to melt away
Imagine each exhale carrying away any stress, tension or anxiety you may be feeling As you inhale, imagine filling your body with peace, calm and relaxation
Take a deep breath in...
Slowly exhale out...
Allow your mind to become still and quiet, focusing only on the present moment
Let go of any thoughts or worries that may be keeping you awake
Imagine yourself surrounded by the stars, their light and energy surrounding you and bringing you a deep sense of calm and relaxation
As you continue to breathe deeply, feel your body sinking deeper into the soft blanket beneath you
Your mind is calm, and your body is relaxed
You feel yourself drifting off to sleep, and you welcome this peaceful state of mind
Breathe in to the bottom of your stomach...
Exhale and let the breath flow out ...
As you drift off to sleep, allow yourself to surrender to the tranquility and stillness of the night
Know that you are safe, protected and loved, and that the stars above are watching over you
Take one more deep breath in, and exhale slowly
When you are ready, at leisurely and gently pace, let go of your thoughts and presence
Relax and breathe
Take another breath in...

Breathe out...
