Take a deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs with air Hold the breath for a few seconds and then slowly release the breath through your mouth Feel your body becoming more relaxed with each breath you take

As you breathe deeply and slowly imagine yourself walking into the water feeling the cool refreshing waves washing over your body Feel any tension or stress melting away as you let the water wash over you
