Imagine a warm, soothing light spreading throughout your body, starting from the top of your head and flowing slowly down to the tips of your toes.
As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your mind to let go of any worries or stress from the day. Imagine yourself in a peaceful and calm place, surrounded by nature. Maybe it's a beautiful beach, or a serene forest, or a quiet meadow. Whatever place brings you the most relaxation and tranquility, imagine yourself there now.
As you breathe in this peaceful atmosphere, imagine that you are taking in all the positive energy from nature, filling your body and mind with a sense of calm and serenity.
Imagine now that you are floating on a soft, fluffy white cloud, being gently carried through the evening sky. Feel the gentle motion of the cloud as you drift along, becoming more and more relaxed with each passing moment.
As you continue to float, you feel yourself becoming more and more sleepy, feeling the heaviness in your limbs and the softness of the cloud beneath you.
