Morning Meditation - Breathwork (with Music)歌词完整版
Take a moment to find a comfortable position. Sit up straight, with your feet flat on the ground and your hands resting on your lap. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, and a deep breath out. Let go of any tension in your body and relax.
Today is a new day, a fresh start. As you begin this morning meditation, set an intention to start your day with positivity, clarity, and focus. Know that you have the power to make this day a good one, and that your thoughts and actions will shape your experience.
Take a deep breath in, and a deep breath out. Imagine that with each breath, you are releasing any negative or distracting thoughts, and filling yourself with positivity and clarity. Visualize a bright, clear light surrounding you, filling you with peace and calm.
Now, bring your attention to your body. Starting at the top of your head, scan your body for any tension or discomfort. If you notice any areas of tension, visualize that tension melting away with each breath.
Move your attention to your breath. Focus on the sensation of air moving in and out of your body. You don't need to try to control your breath, just observe it. Notice the feeling of the breath moving in and out of your nose or mouth, the rise and fall of your chest or belly.
Now, bring to mind something you're grateful for. It could be something simple, like the sun shining outside, or something more personal, like a friend or family member. Allow yourself to feel the gratitude in your body, letting it fill you with warmth and happiness.
